Welcome to Zudbuy! These Consumer Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Zudbuy platform, including our website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Overview of Zudbuy Zudbuy is a platform that enables users to browse and purchase fashion products from local boutiques and receive those items through on-demand delivery or pickup. Zudbuy connects consumers with participating merchants and third-party delivery providers.

2. User Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use Zudbuy. By using the Platform, you represent that you are of legal age and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Orders and Payments When you place an order through Zudbuy, you are purchasing directly from the merchant. Prices, product availability, and delivery times are set by the merchant. You authorize Zudbuy to charge your selected payment method for all purchases, including applicable taxes and fees.

Zudbuy uses third-party payment processors and does not store your full payment details.

5. Delivery and Pickup Delivery is fulfilled by third-party providers. Zudbuy is not responsible for delays or issues caused by these providers. Pickup orders are the responsibility of the customer and merchant.

Delivery zones, fees, and estimated times may vary based on location and order volume.

6. Returns and Refunds Return and refund policies are determined by each boutique. Zudbuy does not manage returns directly. Please contact the merchant for any return or exchange inquiries.

In the event of a dispute, Zudbuy may assist in facilitating communication but is not liable for resolution.

7. Use of the Platform You agree to use Zudbuy lawfully and respectfully. You may not:

• Misrepresent yourself or your identity

• Interfere with the Platform’s operation

• Use automated systems to access the Platform

• Attempt to reverse engineer or duplicate the Platform

8. Intellectual Property All content on Zudbuy, including logos, text, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to Zudbuy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Zudbuy makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform or services.

10. Limitation of Liability Zudbuy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid through the Platform in the prior 3 months.

11. Termination Zudbuy may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

12. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of material changes, and your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective means you accept the new Terms.
